Thank You!

Watching my children grow everyday and evolve into these beautiful little people leaves me at a loss for words. Their spirit shines so bright in even the simplest of moments and leaves me with tears in the corner of my eyes. I have so much to be thankful for and my life has been blessed in countless ways. It is from my pregnancy with them that I found myself with Cardiomyopathy and yet it is also because of them that I am so thankful that it was me who was diagnosed with it and not my babies.

Since finding out that children are susceptible to Cardiomyopathy I have been determined to do my part in helping find answers. Last fall I posted that I was going to donate 10% of my prints profits to The Children's Cardimyopathy Foundation, and today with the help of so many of you, I did! So thank you everyone who ordered prints and holiday cards. Together we were able to help out an organization that is close to my heart. My Best Friend...Thank you for being you!

This past weekend I attended the most amazing photography workshop held by MeRa Koh Photography. An inspirational husband and wife team that not only challenged me but also moved me and renewed my spirit. There really are no words to thank them for all they showed me about my own photography, but for also gently pushing me to dive deep within my own soul at the same time.

I could not think of any other way to make this experience any better then to be able to share it with one of the most inspirational woman in my life. I was able to ask a few friends to be "models" for 16 of us woman to practice what we learned over the weekend. The family below is one I hold so close in my heart. My best friend , her husband and one of my beautiful God daughters.

Jen, you know are my best friend and so much more. I can not even begin to thank you for all you have done for me, shown me and helped me through. You are gorgeous from the inside out and you inspire me to do better every day. I would not be where I am today with out you... Thank you for helping me exhale this weekend. HUGS
